This survey is a formal component of our staff support and program development process. It will be administered bi-annually and is designed to give leadership structured, anonymous feedback across the key dimensions of staff experience.

 

Your responses inform decisions about professional development, program planning, and workplace culture. Results will be presented to Sarah Welton in aggregate — no individual responses will be identifiable — and findings will be shared with the full staff team following the close of the survey period.
